Individual orders change one household at a time. These three partnerships would change the scale of everything — more gogos knitting, in more communities, for longer than one season. Here is what we are working toward.
SA Rugby
A nation behind the Boks, wrapped in something a gogo made. Two years out from the 2027 World Cup, we want to put 30,000 hand-knitted Springbok scarves and 30,000 hand-knitted Springbok beanies into the hands of supporters, at scale, the same way our gogos supplied the 2010 World Cup.
Woolworths SA
A dedicated Gogo Beanie range on the shelf in every Woolworths department store this winter. 225 stores, 200 beanies each, 45,000 beanies knitted by hand and sold under a brand South Africans already trust.
Independent Schools
More than 2,000 independent schools, roughly 650,000 students. One branded beanie and one branded scarf per learner, knitted by the gogos, worn to school every winter morning across the country.
The Ask
